Through hard work and determination, Kenny and Maggie Ketron have made a name for themselves in the Oklahoma food truck industry. Since the fall of 2013, the pair have been serving up made-to-order goodness in Parking Lot Party (PLP) Food Truck. Specializing in hearty American sandwich cuisine, all of their menu items are made to order. Nothing goes on the grill until Kenny has a ticket for the order. Because they often park at a farmers market, they buy locally grown produce as often as possible in order to ensure the freshest ingredients for their customers. To appeal to an even broader customer base, PLP offers a variety of vegetarian and vegan options, in addition to their famous third-pound grilled onion cheeseburger or the ever-so-popular bacon-stuffed mushrooms.


While the historic town of Guthrie is home for the PLP Food Truck, they often travel to the Oklahoma City area for various music festivals and other events. They also are available for private parties and catering.
